Triphala is one of the best-known and most valuable Ayurvedic formulations, which is said to have significant Rasayana qualities. Rasayana in Ayurveda refers to traditional combinations of herbs and minerals that are suitable for harmonizing the inner balance of mind and body.
The word "tri" means three, while the word "phala" means fruit. It therefore refers to three fruits, which include haritaki (Terminalia chebula), bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica) and amalaki (Emblica officinalis). The targeted combination of these three fruits creates an effective and proven remedy for a variety of ailments.
We attach the highest priority to the quality and purity of our products. Our product is tested and certified according to strict EU organic and ISO standards and has been awarded the European and German organic seal.
The fruit comes from organically controlled cultivation, is gently dried, ground into a powder and then mixed in a ratio of 1:1:1.
Our Triphala powder is 100% natural with no additives.
Our Triphala powder is 100% natural and made without additives or harmful ingredients. It is laboratory-tested, purely natural, kosher, halal and vegan, making it ideal for vegans and vegetarians.

Encapsulation and filling were carried out in accordance with IFS, ISO and HACCP standards in a certified EU facility.
Triphala has the property of balancing all the main doshas "Vata" (ether), "Pitta" (water) and "Kapha" (fire/earth).
In Ayurveda, each person has an individual composition of the three doshas (vital energies). They shape physical appearance, behavior and susceptibility to illness. An important goal in Ayurveda is to keep the three doshas in a healthy balance.
Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula) is probably the most important of the three fruits. In Ayurveda, it is considered the “queen of all medicinal plants” because of its manifold holistic effects on the general well-being.
Monks also refer to it as the “nectar that enlightens the mind” due to its calming effect on the mind and stimulating effect on the spirit. Haritaki is therefore often taken during meditation rituals.
Haritaki contains various plant substances such as terpenes, polyphenols, anthocyanins and flavonoids. It is rich in antioxidants, magnesium, iron and vitamin C.
Bibhitaki refers to the Belerian myrobalan (Bibhitaka). It is a large deciduous tree from the Combretaceae family, which is native to the whole of India and can reach a height of up to 30 meters. Literally translated, Bibhitaka means “that which keeps you away from disease”.
According to Ayurveda, Bibhitaki correlates at the level of the harmonious balance of the doshas by balancing the six flavors. It provides a tart flavor.
The beautiful, medium-sized deciduous tree Amla (Sanskrit: Amalaki) enchants with its smooth trunk and feathery leaves. It belongs to the spurge family and is affectionately known in India as “Amalaki” or “Indian gooseberry”. In botany, it is known as “Phyllanthus emblica”.
The tree, which is native to the tropical and subtropical parts of India, bears beautiful, pale yellow, spherical fruits, which are considered an important staple food in Ayurvedic teachings.
