Triphala is a well-known and traditional formula in Ayurveda, valued for its use within the Rasayana teachings. In Ayurveda, Rasayanas are described as traditional combinations of herbs and minerals aimed at supporting the inner balance of mind and body.
Triphala, literally translated as "three fruits," is a traditional Ayurvedic formula consisting of the fruits of Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica), and Amalaki (Emblica officinalis)—also known as Amla. This combination has been used in Ayurvedic teachings for a long time.
We place the highest priority on the quality and purity of our products. Our product is tested and certified according to strict EU organic and ISO standards and awarded the European and German organic seals.
The fruits come from controlled organic cultivation, were gently dried, ground into powder, and then mixed in a 1:1:1 ratio.
Our Triphala powder is 100% natural, produced without additives or harmful ingredients. It has been tested by an Austrian laboratory for mold, heavy metals, E. coli bacteria, and salmonella, and is kosher, halal, and vegan, making it ideal for vegans and vegetarians.
Encapsulation and filling were carried out in a certified EU facility according to IFS, ISO, and HACCP standards.
Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) can arguably be called the most important of the three fruits. In Ayurveda, it is considered the "queen of all medicinal plants."
Haritaki contains various plant compounds such as terpenes, polyphenols, anthocyanins, and flavonoids. It is rich in antioxidants, magnesium, iron, and vitamin C.
Bibhitaki refers to the Beleric Myrobalan (Bibhitaka). It is a large deciduous tree from the Combretaceae family, native to all of India, and can reach heights of up to 30 meters. Literally translated, Bibhitaka means "that which keeps you away from diseases."
In Ayurveda, Bibhitaki is associated with the harmonious balance of the Doshas through the balance of the six tastes. It provides the astringent taste.
The beautiful, medium-sized deciduous Amla tree enchants with its smooth trunk and feathered leaves. It belongs to the Euphorbiaceae family and is affectionately called "Amalaki" or "Indian gooseberry" in India. Its botanical name is "Phyllanthus emblica."
This tree, native to the tropical and subtropical regions of India, bears beautiful, pale yellow, spherical fruits that are considered a staple in Ayurvedic teachings.
Take 2 capsules of 0.5 g 1 to 2 times daily between meals with warm water.
We use packaging made of recyclable, high-quality, food-grade mono-plastic in a silver finish (thermo-laminated). This offers the best protection against moisture, oxygen, and UV rays, making it ideal for our powder. Thermo-lamination ensures an airtight seal, avoiding solvent-based adhesives that harm the environment.
